Love him or hate him, there is no arguing that Kanye West has incredible talent. His newly formed Watch The Throne project with Jay Z, and the subsequent tour have been an immense success, and I was lucky enough to catch the tail end of it in Vancouver. While I wasn't surprised by the level of awesome that was brought to BC place stadium over the weekend (seriously, so many lasers!), I was a little surprised by Kanye's outfit choice. Underneath his oversized tour shirt, it appeared as if he was wearing a leather skirt and leggings combo.
I'm kind of digging the look, in all of its gender-bending glory. Why should girls have all the fun when it comes to swishy skirts? Marc Jacobs has been wearing them for a while now; and while the idea is not entirely new, Kanye is the perfect candidate to bring the male skirt into the mainstream.
